“Founded by Anita (British) and Hans Dreier (German), and established on the Costa Blanca since 1993, DREIER is a prestigious company, specialised in the construction and renovation of bespoke luxury villas. Its enviable reputation is based on its professional and personalised service, a commitment to quality construction, and an after-sales service you can rely on.

Anita and Hans have been living on the Costa Blanca since 1971 and 1976 respectively, having spent most of their lives working and attending to clients with different nationalities.

With vast experience in this industry, as Anita worked for 10 years in one of the largest construction companies in the area, and Hans was a partner of another construction firm, they came together to found DREIER in 1993. With the knowledge that a satisfied customer is the best advertising that a company can have, combined with their touch and good taste in design, their know-how and their meticulous attention and passion to the detail, results in their clients receiving a great quality product that fulfils their expectations.

Ever since the company was founded, its team has successfully adapted its services and procedures to each period, allowing them to flawlessly progress through time and create a portfolio with a great variety of completed projects ranging from the construction and renovation of traditional-style villas, holiday homes and permanent luxury residencies to the construction and development of contemporary, modern and unique styled villas.

If DREIER has proven to be a project of solid foundations, thanks to Anita and Hans’s determination, experience, and efficient working practices, now the company benefits the drive of the second Dreier generation. Renewed interests and ideas, dynamism, internally and externally gathered experience, and a new injection of energy is what Craig and Nils Dreier provide to lead the established and renowned company to the next level, now known as DREIER NEW HOUSE.

As a result of this merge, the established Costa Blanca-based company opened its unique concept showroom in 2016, styled and built by its in-house team, which allows their clients to experience the quality, range and exquisite finish of their buildings.

Driven by their vast experience and constant search for improvement and innovation, they have recently expanded their services into architectural development. Now each project can be taken from concept design to a finished product, being meticulously overlooked by the same team every step of the way. As a result, DREIER NEW HOUSE is now able to push creativity and customisation, and take further control of each new project.
